prompting "delusions" etc. All psychiatrists stated clearly, that I am sane /I do NOT have/had any mental illness. No family history of any.

ANY DOUBT I WAS EXPOSED TO THE DANGEROUS SUBSTANCES WITH OUT ANY PROTECTION

AND THAT THEY CAUSED THE ADVERSE EFFECTS AND INJURIES I NOW SUFFER

(Documented). As result of Company's negligence (exposure to advanced

structural composite materials /chemicals used in the manufacturing

processes which have been classified as to have a co- carcinogenic and/or

synergistic effect I am disabled. I am suffering a great deal with life

threatening medical conditions not able to afford groceries, needed

medications nor to pay any of my financial dues. I am not able to perform

any chores around my residence, forced to relay on assistance. I was

"swimming in" / a massive exposure with out any protection to a potent

immunosuppressant, brain function controlling drugs (psychiatric),

antidepressants and narcotics which overwhelmed my system.

The symptoms of Paxil withdrawal are among the most horrifying experiences

imaginable. The symptoms can take your life and rip it to shreds, mocking

your dignity and stealing your freedom. They ravage your soul. They deaden

your spirit.

Ironically, death often seems like a blessing, so great is the pain of Paxil

Withdrawal Symptoms.

Taking Paxil is like putting a loaded gun to your head. You better be damn

sure you need it before you start.

The withdrawal process can mirror every depiction of hell . The paxil

withdrawals can truly test your sanity. Perhaps the two worse mental

expressions of the paxil withdrawals are the overwhelming feelings of being

isolated, cut off from the world and even from loved ones, and the fear of

permanently losing your sanity. The isolation stems in large part from the

inability to express or even understand what is happening. Nobody can really

look inside another person and know the degree of their suffering. The paxil

withdrawals have always reminded me of the concentration camps of World War

II. Some of the suffering is unimaginable, and certainly much is horrifying.

The bottom line - no one knows ahead of time if they will be one of the

unfortunate who suffer horrendously, or if they will be spared the ravages

of the paxil withdrawals.

Drugs, by definition - are poisons to the body. All drugs are poisons.

Sometimes, however, a person's state has reached the point where a poison is

the best option.

Of all the selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRI's) Paxil is

generally considered to be the most potent. It also has the greatest number

of side effects as well as the most severe withdrawal symptoms. There are

hundreds of side effects of paxil. Paxil is nothing but a poison that causes

all sorts of painful, unpleasant side effects. And sometimes the side

effects don't even show themselves until the user attempts to stop taking or

being exposed to paxil.

It is a compilation of my own experience as well as that of the thousands.

The symptoms redefine the term nightmare. Their nature is such, that you

will find yourself questioning your sanity on a continual basis. A certain

lethargy and a depression that was not there beforehand seems to have taken

hold.

It appears that Paxil withdrawal can come in many variations.

. fainting

. "scratching sound" inside one's head

. constant white noise in the ears

. tingling sensation in cheeks, lips, tongue and surrounding areas.

. heart palpitations/ chest pain

. swollen and sore eyes

. fatigue

. extremely localized, bursting headaches

. lump in throat

. rash / dry, flaky, discolored and irritated skin

. grinding of teeth

. difficulty swallowing

. itchiness

. numbness

. speech problems / inability to use or find the right word

. trembling

. seizures involuntary muscle twitching

. hallucinations

. intense insomnia

. extraordinarily vivid dreams

. extreme confusion during waking hours

. intense fear of losing your sanity

. steady feeling of existing outside of reality as you know it (referred to

as depersonalization at times)

. memory and concentration problems

. Panic Attacks (even if you never had one before)

. severe mood swings, esp. heightened irritability / anger.

. Dizziness, which can be quite extreme at times.

. Shocks, called the 'zaps'; usually starting in the mouth or head, and

extending out through the body.

. Sensory sensitivity, especially sounds. Any noise can become a painful

experience. Also, being under florescent lights can create discomfort.

Touch, motion and even smell can be painful.

. Nausea, very common with paxil withdrawal.

. Confusion, memory problems, and difficulty with concentration.

. Severe insomnia and/or nightmares, (now there's a winning combination).

. Extreme mood swings, such as intense grief and intense anger. Plan for

this in advance!

. Suicidal thoughts. If the urge to kill yourself becomes too strong and the

argument becomes too logical, think of those who love you. Think of the

thousands of others who have or who will go through a similar agony. Just

don't give up!

. Headaches, sometimes quite severe.

. Reduced motor skills, such as difficulty walking or talking.

. Reduced or no appetite.

. Intense fear of losing your sanity.

. Depersonalization, where nothing seems real; it's like you are outside

your body.

. Panic attacks, even if you've never had them before.

. Sweating, sometimes profusely.

. Blurred vision.

. Muscle cramps and stomach cramps.

. Diarrhea.

. Chills/hot flashes, part of the 'paxil-flu'.

. Fatigue.

. Painful, swollen eyes or mouth.

. Fainting.

. Hard to swallow.

. Grinding teeth.

. Numbness.

. Itching.

. Trembling.

. Hallucinations.

Because of Apotex / Employer my many medical conditions deteriorated.Lately, one of my many medical conditions deteriorated and imposes on me a lot of difficulties and enormous stress.During my employment I developed lung problems (due to product side effects- reported to Superiors and documented). My autonomic function of lungs (a function of the respiratory cycles) has been compromised.More and more frequently I am stopping to breathe without a warning. These are relatively short in duration episodes but I am not in control of them. Despite my conscious mind I struggle in-vein to take in air and I can not make my lungs move. I suspect that my neurons /neurotransmitters are affected / damaged (altered function / communication) by active ingredients at work.As a result of all my medical conditions I fear that such undertakings as a trip for a hearing on preliminary issues may end up for me fatally. For a very long time I did not go anywhere at all.I scrolled through the Tribunal's website and I discovered, that Tribunal's extraordinary powers do allow Tribunal to make its own rules of proceedings which allow performing Hearings in any way where appropriate ( "any part of a proceeding may be conducted in person or by way of a written hearing or electronically (quasi powers). The Tribunal may exercise any of its powers under these Rules on its own initiative or at the request of a party as well the Tribunal may waive or vary the application of any of these Rules where appropriate") etc....:).

Apotex's (employer's) conduct at the time of my termination was conducted in bad faith, dishonestly, in a manner that caused public embarrassment, was callous, shocking, in blatant disregard of my (employee's) dignity and well-being. It was done with an evil heart and purpose; malicious; wicked; villainous, lawless, felonious, corrupt, crooked, culpable, deplorable, dirty, heavy, illegal, illicit, immoral, indictable, iniquitous, nefarious, off base, out of line, scandalous, shady, unlawful, unrighteous, vicious, villainous, wicked, wrong.It was out right criminal!I was most vulnerable / very sick and hence, most in need of protection (both economic and personal).It was/is a traumatic event for me. Termination was accompanied by acts of bad faith in the manner of discharge and the results were/are especially devastating.I believe that in the course of dismissal employers ought to be candid, reasonable, honest and forthright with their employees and should refrain from engaging in conduct that is unfair or in bad faith by being for example, untruthful, misleading or unduly insensitive.Apotex tortured me during my employment and does it for 7 years after termination (pending). Apotex deprived me of all medical, economical and all other help / means.

During my employment (despite fact that Apotex did not have any money to purchase Personal Protection Equipment -PPE), it was financially rewarding some new employees willing to generate false letters to Management, undermining my performance/personality/dedication/loyalty etc. Those false letters did cause me a lot of aggravation. Those letters Company posted for all to view on the internal website. Instead of providing me with some assistance in dealing with MFG, PKG AND COUNTLESS INCIDENTS/ACCIDENTS, Apotex was ordering some new employees to secretly take my pictures with/by cell phones in Facility while I performed challenging task to sustain MFG (Manufacturing) and PKG (Packaging) processes. Apotex engaged own employees in sabotaging of my work/ equipment, compromising health and safety of Personnel as well as further contaminating / cross-contaminating products. After my termination, Apotex forwarded to Labour Board (in writing) motion to penalize me for apparent "ABUSE OF PROCESS" because I forwarded an Application under Occupational Health and Safety regulations, while I was very sick and discarded by Company without any means to sustain myself /get medical help.

This is how in Ontario / Canada, Employees / Adjudicators of Government Agencies not necessarily qualified to do their jobs and often selected with a set of predispositions like certain pathologies, exploit injured on the job Employees / Workers they suppose to assist in times of misfortune. Employers / Often of a billion dollars and engaging for profit in unlawful activities to gain Market advantage. For 18 + years and pending, relying on strangers, I am bed ridden, not able to talk. / speak, hold a pan, walk, struggling to execute what guarantees to me Law of the land and what I am entitled to by Law by paying monthly prefixed dues without any trouble. Working for Employer for many, many years being exceptionally good, reliable, dependable, quality and quantity oriented and that was the period of biggest in Ontario construction / expansion. Historically Employer produced constantly more and more products and all or most of them without any permits to have upper hand over competition. PRODUCTS were very potent, addictive usually with contaminated ingredients, illegally obtained, without any permits to store or dispose, produce etc...:). That was / is the nature of the business. Production included many opioids and was often heavily contaminated.

While bedridden I feel like I am confined to bed by sickness or old age and a lot of beyond explanation suffering / pain. That's what really it is just time changed perceptions / perspectives / learning how to live with restrictive conditions. After so many years while I was the only ONE reliable in production Manufacturing (MFG) and Packaging (PKG) as well as often Facility my superiors use to say " stay / come" or we will not " run". Time came when my system could not take it any more especially because most products were processed in confidentiality and due to accumulation of a variety of products in me including OPIOID I became very, very disabled / sick and that is when Government Agencies discovered / unveiled themselves and will to assist Employers regardless of circumstances with their activities out of hell and I am waiting for their help for 18 + years and pending etc.....:).Employers, Government Agencies, Authorities and anyone involved with my Claim / situation refused to report any thing at any time to any Politician, Police any Agencies etc. to facilitate FOR ME any HELP . I had many examples of such behavior. WSiB paid to Employer "REBATES" TO NOT REPORT ANY ACCIDENTS / INCIDENTS AT WORK TO ANY ONE.They all new my medical situation and yet despite their knowledge of my situation they all did not care about my unemployment, luck of money, luck of any coverage of medical / dental Plans etc. no one came to help... despite fact , that I made millions, and millions for them every year.

FOR ME IT ALL STARTED WITH O.H.R.B. (ONTARIO HUMAN RIGHTS BOARD) WHEN IT STARTED TO RESTRUCTURE AND POSTPONED MY CLAIM FOR A YEAR. THIS GOVERNMENT AGENCY HAS ALL POWERS AND CAN COMMIT ANY CRIME. (QUASI POWERS AND RULES ).

GAMING THE SYSTEM IS MANIPULATION OR EXPLOITATION OF THE RULES DESIGN TO GOVERN A GIVEN SYSTEM IN AN ATTEMPT TO GAIN AN ADVANTAGE OVER OTHER USERS.

THE UGLIEST OF ALL SUPPORTED BY MENTIONED IS USE AND ABUSE OF THE LAW AGAINST WHOLE SEGMENT OF SOCIETY / POPULATION IN ORDER TO BE ABLE TO SUBORDINATE THEM TO MAKE PEOPLE BLINDLY SUBJECT THEMSELVES TO SOMETHING WITHOUT ENOUGH OF A "KLINICAL SCRUTINY / CLINICAL TRIALS " TO BE ABLE TO INDEPENDENTLY SAY THAT " PRODUCT " IS ENOUGH GOOD FOR HUMAN COMPETITION, THAT WILL NOT CAUSE SHORT OR / AND LONG TERM PROBLEMS "SIDE EFFECTS OF SYSTEMS " THAT WILL NOT PROMPT UNFORSEEN / IRREVERSIBLE D.N.A. CHANGES etc.

If for any reason economical, financial or otherwise existence of ( effected ) an individual changes, approached Local or Global AUTHORITIES ( O.H.R.C./B./T. etc. or any of choice ) WILL / MUST IMMEDIATELY / positively respond to correct it immediately and to bring it at par with existing situation to the satisfaction of the party, without creating any effort on behalf of affected party. Situation MUST BE CORRECTED IMMEDIATELY no matter who is approached with up word tendencies.

I HORRIBLY SICK PERSON SUFFERING FROM INFLICTED TERRIBLE SIDE EFFECT (MOSTLY SYNTHETIC CHEMICALS / LETHAL ) , PRODUCED MASSIVELY IN SECRECY BY EMPLOYER, WITHOUT ANY PERMITS, IN FACILITY NOT READY FOR / UNDER BIGEST IN ONTARIO CONSTRUCTION etc. I NEEDED ALL HELLP I CUD GET AND MORE UNTIL TODAY AND PENDING I WAS DEPRIVED OF ALL OF HELP / ASSISTANCE.

My ex- employer Torpharm / Apotex, Government Agencies involved with my Claim, Provincial / Federal Governments etc. defrauded me ( extremely impaired on toxic / lethal mostly synthetic products ) employee and processed only half of my entitlements for ALL my payments ( C.P.P., Unemployment etc. ) forcing me into years of extreme poverty. ( 18 + and pending ).

Canada, U.S.A. Law is saturated with a lot of Regulations, Directives and yes by LAW - INTRODUCED BILLS about how particular Jurisdiction, Government / Branch MUST act dealing with the General Public. In Canada a variety of Governments passed by the BILLS detailed Roles telling / informing everyone what is the Law and associated time limitations if any so everyone obeys by the book etc. So for instance in Ontario Bill - 107 was passed by the Government of Premier McGuinty and it became a LAW!

Apotex with own enablers / "DANGEROUS OFFENDERS" located strategically in Government Agencies, Civil Institutions and every were else of strategic value, did severely impair me on illegally obtain and processed products, then severely incapacitated me for 19 + years and pending, then they did defraud me, my family and people around me of everything for almost some 20 years and pending etc.

All those characters from my list (not full ) were perfectly aware of their criminal / conscious activity because they were part of the criminal activities and they were purposely, actively and consciously ignoring ex - employer's commitments / obligations as being a part of it. They all ignored it having it in front of themselves at all the time and being aware that they ignor processing disabled on the job, havely incapacitated on the job by the illegal products, havely impaired , disabled person and they did it for 20+ years and pending despite it. They did it consciously knowing very well that they can NON successfully process it on their own and by being part of a criminal circle they have to commit crime covering up for my ex - employer - TorPharm / Apotex.

All those People regardless of status / place in Society, Civil / Profesional place in life or level of individual education did commit fraud against me individually and collectively, reneging on collective and personal duty to protect me contributing a great deal a Canadian worker individually / collectively being challenged and protect me from individual / collective harm on many levels. So big time medical, financial, economical and many, many more factors were totally neglected / ignored and forgotten placing me in position without any and all parallel for 20 + YEARS AND PENDING, leaving me without any choice whatsoever for so long.
