jobless , homeless and psychologically broken / MENTALLY SICK etc.
Dr. Olivieri as an individual was not able to navigate herself trough maze

Apotex was buying criminal cooperation even at the highest levels of
Government, Academic Community and was bashing , tormenting , torturing Dr.

PATIENTS AND ABOUT ADVERSE SIDE EFFECTS OF A DRUG (deferiprone / Ferriprox )

Beside, she was right all along, but the truths Apotex wanted to hide from
authorities / regulatory establishment, from sick people - General Public.
Fortunately with support of powerful allies Dr. N. Olivieri won her
challenge and was rehabilitated.
Fortunately for her also Justice George Strathy of the Ontario Superior
Court ordered Apotex to perform all the terms of the settlement!
IF SOME ON WOULD INSIST ENOUGH LONG /HARD, HE/SHE CAN ARGUE THAT EVEN
ARSENIC HAS THERAPEUTICALL VALUE.
For instance can kill all parasites killing in the process a host. The host
part would be suppressed and withheld from General Publics knowledge.
So ARSENIC WOULD BE RECEIVED BY CONSUMERS AS "MIRACLE " MEDICATION FOR
PARASITES etc.

During news media interview (2002 ) Apotex’s Senior Vice President , Operations Ron McArthur offered a very liberal description / assessment of internal situation / non compliance as a Standard Operational Procedure ( SOP ) WITH IN THIS Organization ( Apotex ) which by its nature invalidated all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). All ingredients (actives, controlled substances and every thing else together on the floors in manufacturing (MFG) / Packaging (PKG) areas / all over.
